I’m Tiffany Currey — most people call me Tiff. I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and the owner of Gentle Waves in South Lethbridge.

I graduated from Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy program in 2022 and have been in practice since. I’m fully licensed and insured. As a student, clients often asked for me again. They liked a calm room and a therapist who explains what I’m doing before I do it. That’s still how I work.

My pressure is gentle but firm, and we adjust it together. I work with the body, not against it. Depending on what you need that day, that may include Therapeutic or Relaxation massage, Oncology-informed care, Pregnancy massage, Reflexology, or Cupping.

When I’m not in the clinic you’ll usually find me with my family, my bunnies, or in the kitchen. Faith and learning still matter to me.

The clinic is downstairs, so there are stairs. If that’s a barrier, ask about a mobile visit.
